Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten egg, vegetable oil, and honey.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
