Whole Wheat Banana Walnut Muffins

Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- 0.5 cup Honey
- 0.25 cup Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg beaten
- 0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and beaten egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
