Strawberry Nutella Pop Tarts
Delicious homemade pop tarts filled with strawberry jam and Nutella.

Pop Tart Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
- 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Strawberry jam
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 unit Egg beaten, for egg wash
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms. Divide and roll out dough.
Cut dough into rectangles. Spread Nutella and strawberry jam on half of the rectangles.
Place another rectangle on top, press edges with a fork, and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
