Spinach Feta Pie Recipe

- 1 package Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 package Phyllo Dough thawed
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, ricotta, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Brush a pie dish with melted butter. Layer phyllo dough sheets, brushing each with butter.
Pour spinach mixture into the phyllo-lined dish. Fold overhanging dough over the filling.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
