Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough thawed
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, ricotta, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush a pie dish with melted butter. Layer phyllo dough sheets, brushing each with butter.
  4. Pour spinach mixture into the phyllo-lined dish. Fold overhanging dough over the filling.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
