Snickers Cheesecake Bars
Rich and creamy cheesecake bars with a Snickers twist.

Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 units large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in the chopped Snickers bars. Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
