Salted Caramel Lava Cake
Rich and gooey chocolate lava cake with a molten salted caramel center.

Main Ingredients
- 100 g Dark Chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g Flour
- 4 pieces Caramel Candies soft
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Grease ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water. Let it cool slightly.
Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and thick. Fold in melted chocolate mixture.
Gently fold in flour until just combined.
Pour batter into ramekins, filling halfway. Place a caramel candy in the center of each and sprinkle with sea salt. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates. Serve immediately.
