- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
Fold in butterscotch chips.
Spread batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
