  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
