Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk warmed
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten

Filling

  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar.
  2. Add warmed milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread raspberry jam over the dough and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  5. Roll up the dough and cut into 8 rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
