- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Mix the sugar and pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
Fold the long sides of the pastry towards the center, then fold them again to meet in the middle. Fold one half over the other, creating a log.
Cut the log into ½-inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
