Prosciutto Fig Flatbread
A delicious flatbread topped with prosciutto, figs, and arugula.

Main Ingredients
- 1 package Flatbread store-bought or homemade
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 4 pieces Figs sliced
- 1 cup Arugula fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Top with prosciutto slices and sliced figs.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until flatbread is crispy.
Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula, crumbled goat cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Slice and serve warm.
