Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Flatbread store-bought or homemade
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 4 pieces Figs sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Top with prosciutto slices and sliced figs.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until flatbread is crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula, crumbled goat cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
