- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- ¼ cup baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
Twist strips into pretzel shapes.
Boil 4 cups of water with baking soda.
Dip pretzels in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Place pretzels on a baking sheet.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
