Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
  3. Twist strips into pretzel shapes.
  4. Boil 4 cups of water with baking soda.
  5. Dip pretzels in boiling water for 30 seconds.
  6. Place pretzels on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
