- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 units Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, peanut butter, and sugar. Mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
Fold in white chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into bars.
