Brownie Batter
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Swirl
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture. Beat until smooth.
Gradually add flour and salt. Mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Dollop the peanut butter cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the mixtures together.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
