  • 2 cups Peaches sliced
  • ¼ cup Almonds sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange peach slices on the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the peaches.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon over the entire pastry.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
