Peach Almond French Toast Casserole

- 8 slices Bread preferably stale
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Peaches sliced
- ½ cup Sliced Almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and arrange the bread slices in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, making sure they are well coated.
Top with sliced peaches and almonds.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
