- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Peach, chopped
- ½ cup Almonds, sliced
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped peaches and sliced almonds.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
