Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
