  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. 6. Spread Nutella evenly over the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8 rolls.
  7. 7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
