No Bake S'mores Icebox Cake

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream cold
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 box Graham Crackers about 12-14 sheets
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate Chips melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. 2. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff until well combined.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  4. 4. Place a layer of graham crackers over the cream mixture.
  5. 5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. 6. Repeat layers until you reach the top of the pan, ending with a layer of cream and chocolate drizzle.
  7. 7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. 8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
