- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 Pie crust
- ½ cup Diced ham
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out pie crust and cut into small circles to fit into muffin tin cups.
Place pie crust circles into muffin tin cups.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in shredded cheese and diced ham.
Pour egg mixture into pie crusts in muffin tin.
Bake for 25 minutes or until quiches are set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
