Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon matcha powder
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins.
  2. Melt butter and white chocolate together. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Add matcha powder, flour, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Divide batter among ramekins.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
  8. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
