Ingredients 

Cake Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix the coconut milk, vegetable oil, eggs, mango puree, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
