  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Divide into 4 glasses.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer cream cheese mixture over crumbs.
  5. Top with blueberries and lemon zest.
