- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Divide into 4 glasses.
