Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad
A refreshing summer salad with grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and a simple balsamic glaze.

Main Ingredients
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
Grill the peaches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Arrange the arugula on a serving platter.
Place the grilled peaches on top of the arugula.
Break the burrata into pieces and scatter over the salad.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
