- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder
- 1 cup Brewed Green Tea cooled
- 24 Ladyfingers
Whisk mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar together until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix matcha powder with a bit of water to form a paste, then add to the mascarpone mixture.
Dip ladyfingers in brewed green tea and layer them in a baking dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
