Ingredients
Pizza Dough

pizza dough
store-bought or homemade
Toppings

fresh spinach
roughly chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread the garlic spinach mixture evenly over the dough. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
