Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoon olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll into breadsticks.
  6. Place breadsticks on a baking sheet and let rise for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix remaining olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Brush over breadsticks.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
