Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll into breadsticks.
Place breadsticks on a baking sheet and let rise for 10 minutes.
Mix remaining olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Brush over breadsticks.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
