  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 8 figs Fresh figs sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  4. Spread softened goat cheese on each slice.
  5. Top with sliced figs and drizzle with honey.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
