Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch slices
- 4 oz Goat cheese softened
- 8 figs Fresh figs sliced
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Spread softened goat cheese on each slice.
Top with sliced figs and drizzle with honey.
Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
