Main Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
- 0.5 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 piece graham cracker crust 9-inch
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
