Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes sweetened or unsweetened

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chunks and coconut flakes.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
