Ingredients 

Donut Batter

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, melted

Crumb Topping

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fill the donut pan about ¾ full with the batter.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon for the crumb topping. Sprinkle over the batter in the donut pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
