  • 2 cups Powdered sugar sifted
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips

  4. 4. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
