  • 4 cups Concord grapes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 double pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove skins from grapes and set aside.
  3. Cook grape pulp until soft, then press through a sieve to remove seeds.
  4. Combine grape pulp, skins, sugar, lemon juice, flour, and salt.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust, dot with butter, and cover with top crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
