Ingredients 

Cake

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Topping

  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the topping.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
