  • 2 cans Cinnamon Rolls refrigerated
  • 4 units Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  6. Drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls over the top of the casserole before serving.
