Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, oats, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Let cool until set.
