Cherry Almond Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 4 cups cherries pitted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cherries, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, and flour. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cherries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and cherries are bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
