- 1 cup sugar

- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Cook, stirring frequently, until nuts are coated and syrup thickens.
Spread nuts on parchment paper to cool.
