Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter browned
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the sugars and browned butter.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
