- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place broccoli florets in a baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
