Ingredients 

Berry Filling

  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Pastry

  • 1 package puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix berries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place berry mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold pastry over filling to form triangles and seal edges.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
