Ingredients
Tartlet Crust

Filling

heavy cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and cold water. Mix until dough forms.
Press dough into tartlet pans. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
In another bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fill cooled tartlet shells with whipped cream mixture. Top with mixed berries.
