Main Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lb fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 package graham crackers
1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix until combined.
3. Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Place a layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream.
5. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers, then add a layer of mixed berries.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and berries on top.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the graham crackers to soften.
