Ingredients 

Crust

  • 250 g digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g butter melted

Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk boiled to make toffee
  • 3 bananas sliced

Topping

  • 300 ml double cream whipped
  • 50 g dark chocolate grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. Boil the unopened can of sweetened condensed milk for 2 hours to make toffee. Let it cool before opening.
  3. 3. Spread the toffee over the crust.
  4. 4. Arrange sliced bananas over the toffee layer.
  5. 5. Whip the double cream and spread it over the bananas.
  6. 6. Sprinkle grated dark chocolate on top. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
