Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Cooked bacon chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and chopped bacon.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
