Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Cooked bacon chopped
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside. 
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined. 
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 
- Stir in chocolate chips and chopped bacon. 
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
