- 4 cups bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 3 units eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 units apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add the cubed bread, chopped apples, walnuts, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
