  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 units Eggs Large
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 units Apples Peeled and chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
