  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter unsalted
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter together in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the melted mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
