Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchinis and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
